Trudy was so professional but yet personable. I needed a new set of tires and she advised me what Ron Tonkin had to offer but to take my time and check around. I came back to buy my tires from Ron Tonkin because they offered the best deal but also because of Trudy’s excellent customer service skills. She made me feel like a friend, she was so enjoyable to work with.

Jorden was very kind and considerate when I dropped my car off on 11/18. He texted me a price quote, and then called me with an update 4 days after, on 11/23, with an update on the parts order. He gave me a verbal price quote on the phone, but I didn't have a texted or emailed updated price quote. I then called Parts on Fri. 11/25 to request an order for snow tires. I spoke with Art and he was going to add the order for the snow tires to my current service order. I understand Jorden was very busy, and that he was sick, but my car was there for over 2 weeks, without me getting an update. I waited some time, but then called on Sat. 12/3, and was told Jorden was out sick, but I never received a call back. I then had to call 2 more times on Wed. 12/7, before I head back from him, with a promise that my car would be done by 5pm that evening. When I picked up my car, the price was much more than my tested quote, because Jorden has given me a verbal update on the phone, but he hadn't given me a text or written update, and I had forgotten the increased price quote amount. Also, the tires were never ordered or processed, so that was not done. I actually ended up changing my mind about snow tires, so that was convenient, but, has I been expecting the tires, I would have been upset that they were not ordered as requested. Jorden was very apologetic over the phone and explained that he had been sick, but it was frustrating that my car was there from 11/18-12/7 and after 11/23, I hadn't received any updates from Jorden or any other staff. I would request in the future that staff are sure to help cover when someone is sick and to make sure that the customer is kept updated, and that they are given an updated time estimate. I was without a car for that entire time, and would have planned differently if I had known that was going to be the situation. I am very grateful for the staff member who checked me out at 5:30pm on 12/7. I don't remember his name, but he explained to me about the price quote change, and was very thoughtful and understanding and I appreciated his service and assistance. I know this was a situation of someone being sick and I just hope that you team can be aware of this for the future.

Alfredo was professional and friendly! He was able to answer my questions and I appreciate that he did not feel bad that I was unable to get the other suggested services. Financially times are difficult and I appreciate his understanding and professionalism
