First service at Northridge Toyota! Since I bought my car at Hamer Toyota, I always had my car serviced there and was extremely disatisfied. Today, my service appointment was the BEST! My Service Advisor, Gabe Gonzalez, was professional, knowledgeable, eager to please along with a beautiful smile and a great personality! I’ll be back!!!!

Peter in service gave me completely wrong information about the servicing of my Honda, which I purchased at your dealership. He said he or someone in your agency would have to drive my car to Woodland Hills Honda to assess the problem. That was wrong. He said it might take a few days to analyze or fix the problem. I asked if I agree to that could I get a loan car. He said they didn't have any. I previously got loaner cars at no charge. He told him that I didn't think I would have a ?8He said that the sales people will say anythi to get a customer to buy a car. He was puttin g down his own employer. I then spoke with finance about what was said.I am very disappointed with your service service department.

You have an excellent staff, I must admit, and my car's service was done promptly. However, my issue is that the engine oil was changed, but according to Alex, your technician, the oil filter was not replaced. Why? Because it wasn't necessary. What's worse is that the invoice you provided states that the oil filter was replaced. Who should I believe?
