On my receipt, it had that the car needed "FEA soon." I had to find out what that meant. Why did the technician call me and I would have given him permission to go ahead and do that. Now I have to get the car back in there to get that taken care of "soon." It would have been so much better to have had that completed before I picked the car up and especially if it needs to be done "soon."
