Adam was nothing but helpful and cooperative with the service of my vehicle. He went out of his way to assist when the engine trouble made my car undrivable and provided me with a loner vehicle to use while mine was getting repaired. The warranty company was the hold up on much of the work and made it so I had to put my car in the shop on more than one occasion so they would pay for the repairs. During the whole process Adam and the rest of the ducal staff were understanding and helpful. I can’t thank them all enough.

I think the car heater was fixed. It seemed like a huge bill for changing a stuck thermostat and checking things. I know everything is expensive but re read the bill. It was $602. WOW Thanks. You can charge anything you want because you are the only Ones in town. I am grateful for having heat But the price seems outrageous. Sorry. Maybe I’m wrong. Don’t know what all you had to do to fix it Thanks for asking. I am grateful for you too ????????????????????

My wife and I were traveling from Florida to Tennessee and had an unfortunate situation with our brand new GMC terrain Dinali. Your staff was so incredibly helpful, and so incredibly nice, I told my wife we would legitimately drive to your dealership to buy our next vehicle! you don’t find service like that too often anymore and I truly commend the whole organization from the top down. You made a potential very bad situation turn out to be a positive. I am happy to add more information if need be.

I was informed after my vehicle was there for 2 days that the driver seat heater worked fine and Duvall found nothing wrong. As soon as I picked my vehicle up from Duvall the problem still persists. There is no difference from when I originally brought it in. I have subsequently rescheduled to bring it back.

Service was good no more noise from the dash but airbag light still on. Then called me 2 times and told me that i had not paid which i did and had the receipt.

Mr. Duval,I was never informed that the cost to fix my 2003 Ford pickup truck was going to be over $1,000. When I dropped off the vehicle they said they had ordered the latches for my back doors and it would range anywhere $650 to $680. The truck was supposed to be done on Monday but they found out that they didn't have another part so the truck stayed there two days and supposedly all the parts came in on Tuesday. They went ahead and did the work without contacting me and letting me know that the price was going to be higher. That's not how I think things should be, but that's what it was, so I paid my bill and left. Kevin, and Justin were very kind, organized and professional, in getting my truck into service, so I have nothing against them. No comment about the other people.

Took my car due to a screen issue …. Returned my car and my steering wheel buttons aren’t working and screen still isn’t fixed apparently a “software issue “

They did the work without call me first and let me no what’s wrong and price like I asked them too I asked them to just fix the starting problem and the fixed horn to but beside that it was grate and they were fast and so far so good .
