Aaron Holden provided me with a very satisfactory experience at Duvall Service department. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. All my concerns were listened to and addressed. He kept me updated on the repair work and went above and beyond in checking out my vehicle to make sure it was safe for me. Please commend Aaron for all his work and effort on my behalf.

From the moment my car started acting up my sales man Seth Pitts calmed my fears and got in me in contact with the service department. Everyone from the owner to the mechanics were very nice and went out of their way to put me at ease. Thank you for making sure I had something to drive while my cars boo boo was being fixed. Highly recommended 10/10!

Service was very good-called to let me know that some additional service was needed-muchly appreciated. I was expecting to hear when service completed, but did not receive it, so car stayed at Duval's until next day. I called midmorning & was told it was ready.
