For the second time in a row at Duvall I have had oil dripping from the oil filter. I was told that it was residual from the oil change but as a customer with a very expensive Vehicle, it is very concerning to look under the Vehicle and see oil dripping all over the filter and on the asphalt. Please adress this at your next employee tailboard. I have never had this happen anywhere else so in the best interest of your Dealership, The issue needs to be addressed.

There was a misunderstanding because the guys working Saturday were only oil changers so instead of keeping my car to fix it I got sent on my way. Other than that everything was great!

I live in Franklin where there is a RAM dealership/service. It's the same dealership I actually bought the truck at. Yet I take my truck to Duvall for servicing. That is a reflection of the service received at Duvall.

I don’t agree with the shop charge. I was given the charges snd not informed about the shop charges. This is something that should have been included in the price I was given. I asked about this before I left and was told that they covered grease,oil,rags and uniforms. For an alignment and tire pressure sensor change how much of these things did you use. I would like an itemized list to see where it was over 18$ worth

BJ did an amazing job. My parents actually told me about how great she was when they dealt with her and they recommended I take my vehicle to her. She did not disappoint. Not only did she get the work taken done under warranty, but she actually got it done a few days quicker than she told me she would. She made the whole situation better. Give her a raise!
