I have called multiple times and spoke to Aaron about an issue with my truck and he said he would research it and call me back. It has been 2 weeks now and he has yet to call me back. I feel that I am being push aside because the dealership doesn't want to deal with the issue. This makes the third dealership that has done this to me in the last year or so.

The satisfaction on the way y'all treated us there is over the top and you should be commended for that Mr Duvall and everybody was on top of agreeing and sticking by what they said and that was just amazing and we really appreciate simplicity of it and very much appreciate service and we'll be back

We were charged for a diagnostic service that we only received a RECOMMENDATION that our problem was not solved nor a guarantee that if we spent $400 more it still was not a guarantee. If we as an individual perform a service we expect full payment. A service was rendered and paid for, but still unresolved. POOR SERVICE. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Bad feelings after this experience. Common people can’t afford uncertainty!!
