I had purchased my vehicle at another Chevrolet dealership after being totally dissatisfied with their service and lack of response I gave Duvall Chevrolet a shot the first person I met what is the customer service representative who is state on top of my issues since day number one always responsive return calls and keep me posted on developments her professionalism it’s probably the best in the auto industry that I have dealt with because of her I will be using Duvall Chevrolet for any future vehicle, purchases and service

The Duvall team did all the could to remedy the issue with my oil plug during a scheduled oil change. My wife & I were happily amazed at the courtesy & professionalism of All involved. Thanx & God Bless ??????????????

We were not greeted upon arrival. Everyone just stared at us in the service department like we didn’t belong even thou we had an Appointment. The wait for my vehicle was unprofessional. The girl in the service department was arguing with a tech about service on a vehicle and how he under quoted the price. She was loud!! We heard the entire conversation. She then talked about smoking marijuana and mispronouncing customer names. I purchased my vehicle at Duvall but I’m unlikely to continue using your service department. It is usually peaceful there.

Exceptional service every single time!!! From the service desk experts who are available a bd on it when I call in to make an appointment for service to the mechanical geniuses out on the floor who does a thorough once over to see what is needed besides what I make the appointment for. Everyone’s very professional and appears to be genuinely friendly! I feel very confident and comfortable in bringing my Ram 1500 to Duvall of Clayton, GA.
