First off, Daniella was very helpful and upfront throughout the whole
experience. She was friendly, accommodating, and professional. The only
reason why I went to Ontario is because of Alan the tech who I've been
following around for the past couple of years because of how much I trust
him with my car. Well done guys, thanks again i'll be coming back for the
foreseeable future even if it is 40 miles away.

I wasn’t impressed with the electronic notification system about the status of my vehicle. I understand it is new but not good at all. I got a delayed response and wasn’t able to pick up my vehicle before you closed. Not Daniella’s fault but not customer friendly app at all
