My part was never ordered as Kobe said he was doing
My car was at the service department for a month. My car was inspected and a sensor and fluid change was suggested to find out that the sensor worked fine, but my car actually had a timing chain issue. I expect that if I drop my car off to inspect why it’s not performing as expected that it actually gets inspected. Not just a hope or wish that if you change a sensor that will address a problem. That was a waste on my time and it should not be so hard to get a loaner if my car will stay in service for over a week. That’s why I have a Land Rover because I expect luxury service. Also I expect timely updates on the status of my car. When I have to call for an update I will locate another location for service.
Kobe Easley’s communication throughout the repair process was phenomenal.
Overall good experience but was disappointed at the car wash my car received. It was filthy coming in but tires weren’t even touched and a lot of missed spots.
KOBE a great guy does his job well & keeps in touch to let you know what's going on with your vehicle well it is over there 5 stars for KOBE...
I was not updated on my vehicle on what in a timely manner an also when I came to pick my vehicle up my car keys where misplaced

One of the issues I brought the vehicle in to get fixed was turned in to me with the same problem. The kid who handed the keys said I am sorry Jacob is not in, you can call tomorrow.
No one is really in charge of this establishment.
There’s a lot more issues, I will just keep it short and simple.

Steve was very courteous, polite and helpful and very knowledgeable about my vehicle.
My comments were sent via email regarding my experience. Friday, August 2, 2024, was the second time my vehicle was brought to the dealership for repairs, and the repairs were not completed. It doesn't appear the repairs were even attempted to be made.

I got the fluel injector fixed which is great. The pick up is back, but left with a problem with my brake line leaking fluid. I pulled into my job and got brake fluid put in my car and now my car won’t start at all.
Jacob was really nice, he answered all my questions and also assisted me with finding a body shop for a scratch on my vehicle.
