It took an hour and a half to drop my car off for service this morning-this should have taken 15 minutes- I had reserved a loaner & had to be shuttled to Enterprise where they offered me a Chevy Spark as a loaner - I can’t even fit in a Chevy Spark. Someone should have told me & the other customers that there was going to be a delay when we arrived and given us the opportunity to reschedule & if I wasn’t going to be able to get the promised loaner I should have received a text or call the night before to give me the opportunity to reschedule service. None of this reflects on Gerald who was polite & efficient once he finally got to my car - this was a terrible experience and while I have already received apologies from the manager and Gerald - I’m still angry this happened

My vehicle was never fixed. It was in the shop for over 2 months, there was little to know communication during this time. I finally decided to pull the vehicle because they didn’t have a fix.

I think that the service advisor should have introduced himself to me. He did not; nor did he give me his card as i observed that he did with others having their car(s) serviced. The service to my car was superb; I just didn’t like how I was treated. I have had services performed before-the advisor always introduced themselves every time. Also; he did not tell me that the updates would be via text; the last service the advisor Darius advised me personally each step of the service. Overall, the service was good.
