I had to spend a total of 5 hours over two visits to solve tire indicator issues. Then a previously repaired tire (from a different business) was replaced with an unknown brand of tire unlike the factory tires that my one year old Forester came with. The initial problem of the passenger rear tire losing 6 psi over two days repeatedly was finally addressed. On the first visit the technician did not reset the indicator when rotating tires. Nor was a sticker with next oil change info supplied until it was pointed out.

I was just not happy with the lack of communication regarding the status of my car and that it was being set up with Mazda for the repairs. I was only told my car needed to be dropped off for a day or two to inspect it for safety calibration, not that it would be a whole week and it was being set up with Mazda for the repairs. Otherwise everything went well.
The vehicle was ready in less time than expected and the Vincent Sroka was very courteous and efficient.
