Ken was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions.
Dominik, really knows his stuff about Subaru cars. My engine was vibrating just about every other time I started it. Dominik explained it to me in detail and it made perfect sense to me. Also my car Was not acting correctly after I picked it up from the dealership. Dominik spent the time to go with me for a ride to see what was going on with it. Again he explained to me what he felt was going on with the car. Because I was ready to leave it back at the dealership. And I agree with him.
DOMINIK IS A TOTAL ASSET TO International Subaru. He makes every experience at Subaru a plesent one.. I don't know how much he gets paid but You should consider paying him more so you dont loose him.

Everyone was wonderful. My review has nothing to do with the service dept. I had to purchase a battery that cost $500 for only 2 1/2 years. This is way too much to pay for a battery that only lasts 2 1/2 years. I didn’t think the dealer would be that overpriced.
Alex in the service department was very helpful. He did a great job as well as the the rest of the service department. Vehicle was fixed in a timely manner.
The issue was resolved very quickly and I was on my way. Appreciate the quick response to my issue. They did a great job!

I would like to express my concern regarding an uncomfortable experience I had at your store. During my recent visit, I encountered two female staff members who appeared to laugh at my limited understanding of English when I was attempting to make a payment.
As a Japanese person, I felt this behavior was unkind and potentially discriminatory. I believe that all customers should be treated with respect, regardless of language barriers or nationality. I hope your team values diversity and will address this to ensure a welcoming environment for all customers.
