Wonderful experience in your service department. Parts department is another story, they were trying to charge me over 200% markup on a filter, so I went to another Subaru dealership for reasonable prices. When I asked the female parts department worker why she was marking it up so much. I was told it’s what we charge and if I wanted a cheaper price to go elsewhere, so I did. Not a good parts department experience.
