This was like pulling teeth. First the package I ordered online for $400 was not what I was offered in the store. I was given a $1000 quote which I thought was absolutely insane and unacceptable. I had to literally argue to get what I wanted.
Then comes the shuttle service which was late to drop me home after I had clearly requested it. I almost missed a meeting with a client on a project worth north of $600,000.
When it was time to get picked up. The service guy called me and told me my car was ready and the shuttle was on its way to my house which is about 15mins from the Volvo store. The car never showed up. I waited for an hour and was late to pick up my kids from summer camp. The car never showed up the driver called me 3hrs later to tell me he was on the way. I had to catch a Lyft to come pick up my car.
To make it even worse. The car light which I brought it in to get repaired came back on moments after leaving the service shop.
This is not the service I have grown to expect from Volvo. I pay for luxury not only in the driving experience but also the service and this was by far the worst experience ever and my wife drives a Hyundai. Absolutely unprofessional.

We made an appointment for Thursday morning and left my car there on Wednesday night. It was a standard maintenance service and rim repair. Even though we had an appointment, we told them they could keep the car until Monday morning. As of Tuesday, we still hadn't heard anything so I called that day. They told me that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I find it hard to believe that it took that long for the work that had to be done but they could have at least called me with a status update. It was an inconvenience because I had to find rides to work on Monday and Tuesday. Certainly not the service I expect from Volvo.
Thoroughly took care of my issue and I was happy with the cost.
The guys at this service department have amazing customer service.
