The car was in for regular scheduled maintenance and rattling was heard in the rear of the vehicle which turned out to be a busted shock. After picking up my automobile and later in the day I felt
intense vibration of my vehicle while driving. On Monday, I returned with my automobile for inspection of said vibration and I was told I had to have my spark plugs replaced and re-rotation of the tires. This spark plug issue was missed on the maintenance inspection two days prior (Additional $1000+ repair cost spark plugs). Total time at the dealership waiting for my automobile repair was 5 hours (Note: I took time off of work to bring the car back to the dealership). Needless to say, I was less than pleased with my overall experience.
