Mr. Fundraiser was courteous, polite, and he greated me with a smile. He was professional.

Each time I go there I say it’s going to be my last. Unfortunately, it’s the closest Toyota dealership to my work. I seriously will never go back. This trip was the last. I’m an idiot if I go back. I’ll go to another dealership further away, doesn’t matter. This has to be the absolute worst service center out there, it’s certainly the worst I’ve ever dealt with in 30 years of car ownership. A 2-3hr service turned into a 5 hour service, then overnight. I reiterated the importance that I needed to leave to pick up my son at a certain time, and was assured it would not be a problem. That was a huge lie, or the service rep had no idea how poorly the services are planned. I don’t think my truck even made it in until 2-3 hours after my appointment. The 2-3 hr service, which turned into 24 hrs was a wheel alignment and tire pressure reset, then a recall. End up costing $450 for an alignment and 1 TPS sensor. Never Again!!

Windshield fluid was not topped off.. I thought that should have been filled at the time of checkin but I’m wondering did they complete the oil change?
