Alberto is a rude person who was upset when I denied his offer. I’m a customer and I decide which service I do to my vehicle. Alberto se molestó y rompió la hoja de presupuesto en mi cara de mala manera cuando le dije que no iba a ser el servicio de $350 que él quería obligarme hacerle a mi vehículo.
Mr. Leny demonstrated a high level of support and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure that all that my vehicle required was taken care of. I’m happy that I got to know him personally.
I’m genuinely tired of this place. This morning I went to get my car serviced after going twice and not being able to because apparently they don't close at 8 pm they close at 7 pm. So they took an hour and a half for an oil change, even though I saw 4 mechanics sitting outside laughing and talking, that’s ridiculous. I’ve gone multiple times before and its never taken anything above 45 minutes. I planned my schedule out nicely after so many times of going and not being able to get serviced. Ive had so many bad experiences here, and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

The Service Abner Reyes provided was excellent. Not only was he professional but he was really knowledgeable on explaining in details all my questions. As a customer he really did make feel valued and that is something many dealers lack when it comes to customer service. Great Job!
My experience so far was awful. The only person that actually helped me was Karen from customer service. However, the mechanics Job was the worse I have ever seen. I went for a flat tire and a burnt out bulb and they they spent since 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm to fix the car, and when they gave me my car the bumper was not attached, the tools to fix the tires were left on the seats of the car. I know this complaint will not transcend, and I thought headquarter Toyota was a professional dealer, I have been customer for years and have bought more than 3 cars with you, after this experience, I will not even go for an oil change.
