Got a notification from Toyota about our 2018 camry, scheduled and took it in. They did a once over and said it was fine. Wilson was very professional and I will come back for any warranty work

Was not happy with the price wanted to replace the cabin filter when they apparently already had it out and still wanted double what I can buy one for but I guess that's dealership pricing

Zach provided me with an excellent explanation for the reason that our Highlander alarm system randomly went off during our recent blizzard winds. He also showed me how to unlatch the hood and made sure that I could do it by myself, including making sure that I secured the rod to keep the heavy hood up until I wanted to close it. I appreciate his patience and expertise.

My tire indicator light was still on when service said my car was ready and also the tech did not put the new oil change sticker on my window and I did not ask for synthetic oil. Not happy with this service normally outstanding in the past
