My tire indicator light was still on when service said my car was ready and also the tech did not put the new oil change sticker on my window and I did not ask for synthetic oil. Not happy with this service normally outstanding in the past

When I came for my scheduled appointment I was told that they did not have a record of it. I told them who the person I dealt on the previous appointment , but I was told there was nothing he could do. He left and came back and told me they could get it done by the end of the day. I told him I was from Boone and what could I do. He said that it would take about a couple of hours to do the work but that was the best we could do. I said all right and at about 1:00 I took the shuttle to downtown Ames to do a couple of errands.I finished with my errands at about 2:45 and I called to have the shuttle come and pick me up . I got a text at 3:15 that my Highlander was done. I had to make 2 more calls to check if the shuttle was going to pick me up.I was finally picked up at 4:45.. I was very disappointed with my experience.
Maintenance required message was not turned off. I cannot figure out how to do it myself. I drove up from Ankeny and would prefer not to go up again.
Otherwise, service was quickly done and done well.

my tires were not rotated as I requested. The last time I was there for service they were supposed to be rotated and they were not so I asked that that would be taken care of this time. I didn’t really check the service bill until I got home that was not done.

The only issue was the car clock could have been reset to reflect the time change. I am not sure how to change to the correct time - decrease time by one hour. ????
