You asked if I was satisfied with the work on my vehicle. I’m still waiting for it to be done. Brought it in on Monday afternoon for Tuesday morning to be looked at. Someone sent me a message saying it was the water pump leaking Tuesday at 1:00 pm. Part would be in Wednesday was told. I’ll tell you what I think when it is completed.

The staff is very professional. I greatly appreciated the prompt courtesy car transport. Only concern I had was not getting my phone call answered right away. But I am sure that you were very busy at that time— about 1:30pm.

I called first for my appointment and explained that I set off service lights by changing my brake pads and over the phone it’s no problem was told that they would clear the messages but once they got the vehicle totally different scenario. I was told that they couldn’t clear my service messages without a diagnosis and vehicle check and that it would take two or three hours. Problem is I drove over an hour to see them with the understanding that they would scan and clear my vehicle messages but I didn’t get that. They wanted to hold my vehicle hostage and perform unnecessary inspection and service just to maximize their charges.

I really can't say that I'm 100% satisfied but I can't say that I'm not either I just wish we could talk to one of the mechanics or whoever does the work cuz I've had questions ever since I got the car but even when I ask the question when I drop it off it never seems to get answered and you guys are who I'm going to use for I guess the rest of my time because you are the closest unless I find someone better but I will say the people over there are all pretty friendly and I do appreciate that

It’s kinda hard to get used to the online communication but I figured it out eventually! It’s hard to teach an old dog new tricks! The work was done efficiently and it was great to get the appointment before I leave town. It really needed to be serviced. Thank you!!!

I was surprised by the fact that I spent several thousand dollars over 2 weeks and my car needed a car wash when I picked it up? Obviously outside the entire time. Small details are important.

Disappointed that even though I changed my cabin air filter 10 minutes prior to my appointment, it was still marked yellow during inspection. Brand new cabin filter, yet still somehow dirty.

When it is time for service for my TOYOTA RAV 4, I drive from West Des Moines to Wilson of Ames. The quality service is provided by trained personal. The environment is clean and comfortable. The cost is reasonable. It is a pleasure to conduct business at WILSON TOTOTA.

You diagnosis doesn't make sense. Suggested repair almost sounds like rip-off. Wasted time and money.

I took our van in with an obvious oil leak from the LF strut. After initial evaluation, I was told no leak was found. This is an impossibility with even a half minute visual inspection. I asked them to reevaluate and after the second inspection, $1500 of repairs to the LF suspension were recommended. This makes it very hard to trust the quality and accuracy of mechanical diagnostics at Wilson.
