Tom is excellent! There was an immediate rapport, and I had complete trust and a sense of peace, knowing that I was receiving expert, knowledgeable, professional help. Even though I moved to Fallbrook 4 1/2 years ago, I have been driving to Newport Beach Lexus for my service For these 13 years I've had the car. I am 78 years old and don't want to continue that trek, so I am ecstatic that I have found a new home at Carlsbad Lexus. A critical factor is the generational factor. I would not have been as comfortable with a younger, inexperienced service advisor.
Timely appointment. Felt like I was treated with respect. I felt like the charges were reasonable and you weren’t trying to upsell me on service I didn’t need. If you service non-Lexus cars I’d bring my Porsche in for service with you. Great job. Thank you.

Loved our service person Bernardo but the mechanics did not do a very good job. Had to have the master mechanic finally.

Tom was really great. He was my service provider before and it is really wonderful to have someone in your corner that you can trust. He was very understanding about my situation and we worked well together. I can’t thank him enough. He really is a credit to Lexus and I look forward to continuing relationship with my car.

Bernardo was great..totally looking forward to working with him again. An area of improvement would be to focus on the hand off from Service to the Valet. It took over an hour to get my car washed and ready for me. No communication provided. I only got attention when Bernardo noticed I was still waiting and got my car brought up. Proper communications and setting customer expectations would fix this. Suggest looking at total timeline metric and making sure one of the team is accountable. I didn’t want to post this to Yelp!!

She is very knowledgeable,professional and courteous.
I was satisfied with the car service and attempt to fix my car trouble but left dissatisfied by the lack of communication. I had to call and wait on hold repeatedly to find out the status of my vehicle and would be told to expect phone calls that never came so I had to always take the initiative to call in.
My service advisor Ryan was very nice. He checked my previous maintenance services done at various Lexus at Carlsbad Lexus before making sure my 2018 ES 350 purchased new at this dealership was up to date. The 40k mile service was completed earlier than estimated and even washed! Thanks!
