Kim is great, this is my second time working with her. She’s very nice, professional and always willing to help make the most of my visit. This time, we were able to work through an issue with my windshield washer nozzle that was replaced last year. I’ll continue to come back to Lexus Carlsbad and work with Kim on what’s needed for my car!

I’m surprised at the messages I’ve received saying my car is ready. No complaints with my Service Advisor. My Service Advisor is a very nice person and I am thinking she must be on vacation or have a good reason for not responding. To my knowledge, the repairs to my vehicle are not yet complete. A service might be?
I received a text on Friday saying more repairs were needed. I read through the list and was surprised to see over $3,000 in possibly additional repairs needed on my vehicle. On Sunday,I sent a text reply to the number we have been texting back-and-forth on, and had asked if the total was including the service I brought the car in for, or not. I also asked if Lexus might be interested to buy the car? If there's a suitable vehicle on the Lexus lot, I would also consider a trade-in. I would like to know options before proceeding with additional repairs.
I have texted the same number every day this week (It’s Wednesday) and have not received a reply. I did receive a text message from the cashier saying my car is ready and being stored outside. Without the information I requested, I cannot make a decision to proceed with the proposed repairs, or not. I’m unsure how it’s possible for my car to be complete unless the repairs I haven’t decided on were done without my authorization. That is my dilemma.
Although it started out a little shakey, everything worked out perfectly. I attribute that to Bernardo.

I love that I was able to get my car back on the same day. Lexus was very accommodating. They gave me a loaner so I could return to my office and take my meeting and pick my car up at the end of the day.

and checkups at Carlsbad which testifies
to its good health, if you can use that phrase

Promise the loaner car not available, but they did take very good care of me despite not having the loaner car and overall, I was completely satisfied other than that
