Tom is very knowledgeable regarding all things Lexus, and has the patience and kindness to explain everything to me in a way that I can understand, as well as getting everything done on time, and keeping me posted on the progress along the way!
Was not to standards from the beginning. Customers service completely lacks care and dedication when it comes to fulfilling services and providing at least the bare minimum of customer service. Aside the sells department I no longer will be taking my Lexus in for any type of maintenance since the staff lacks knowledge with fulfilling any type of customer service. Kimberly took my car in for tints and NEVER RETURNED MY CAR. Basically kidnapped my car and when I had called regarding my car the lady at the desk did not care and brushed it off. Like I said besides the sales department this department lacks in various ways and needs to understand that the goal is to provide good service in behalf of the LEXUS brand not them. Staff needs better training and customer service should be reprogram to match the sales department. I don’t feel satisfied whatsoever making these statements but it is highly unfair for customers to put their money and trust into this car brand LEXUS and be treated like nothing but dirt where they can’t even get their own vehicles back.
