I called Action GM to schedule an appointment to have my car evaluated for a noise. An appointment was scheduled to which I dropped my car off prior to the appointment scheduled at 8am. I arrived back to Action GM at 4:30 that afternoon and my car had not been touched. What is the purpose of having an appointment? There is obviously a problem with the scheduling system in place. I cannot speak to the mechanics since my car was never even touched. When I returned to pick up my car, the staff was rude and unapologetic for the clear mistake on their part. It’s extremely sad that in such a small town you have to go out of town to purchase a car as well as service your car because the local dealership treats customers like this. I will be contacting top management as well as leaving a detailed Google review.
