I called to ask about pricing before I came in. My previous service was close to $1000 and I wanted to make sure I knew the price ahead so I wasn’t surprised. I called earlier in the week and was told they don’t know pricing so they’d have someone from service call me back. They left a message and I called back and was told a B1 service was $139. When I arrived on Saturday, with my family there to drive me to work at 10am, Luis showed me only 3 options, the lowest at $484, over $300 moreover Han what I’d been told over the phone. I was very surprised by the price. Luis then argued with me, rather than helping me. I said I’d bought the Honda (at SB Honda) because they’re usually affordable to maintain. Luis said they were and told me to compare prices with Ford. It took about 15 minutes of arguing before Luis explained that I could do the $139 service and before I could see that was “recommended” versus what my car needed for a B1 service. At 42,000 miles, I know I have a larger maintenance soon but this time was simply an oil change. I left very frustrated and ended up late for work, losing money at that job for wasted time at SB Honda. Luis only apologized for any confusion after I suggested that it might help and didn’t really seem sorry. Then a female employee said I should call ahead next time and talk to service about pricing. I did that! Our family has a budget and a $300 surprise charge is exactly what I was trying to avoid by calling ahead. Pricing on servicing should be clear, otherwise it appears like you’re trying to rip customers off. Luis was not kind or empathetic. When I picked up my car, unsurprisingly it was green in all categories. Because I don’t feel that I can get fair pricing or honest customer service, I’m not sure I’ll be back. Im so disappointed.

I have had AC issues since purchasing this car. I have brought it in six times for repairs that only last a few months. Now, I have a leak in the system that costs thousands to repair. I only have 65,000 miles. It's beyond frustrating!
