Chose to wait onsite for my service appointment. My service advisor was aware of this. After 15 minutes I received a text to approve or disapprove extra repairs. I approved and submitted but didn’t realize that my reply didn’t go through. After an hour and 15 minutes, I went to my service advisor to learn how much longer I had to wait. I was told that they were waiting on my reply to their text. My service advisor knew I was in the waiting area and I would have thought and appreciated him finding me to inform me that they were waiting for my response to their text in order to complete service. My appointment was at 12:30 and I left the service area at 2:35. I have been servicing my Honda cars at Ron Bouchard since 1987 and this is the first time that I have been disappointed with the service. Although the service advisor was polite and cordial, I would have greatly appreciated a little more consideration and thoughtfulness.
The best Service Service Unit I have ever dealt with in my long history of automobile repair especially Jimmy Eisnor, absolutely THE BEST.

I stopped by, without an appointment, because I had a screw in my tire and it was losing air. I was greeted by Todd Downes, who is always friendly and helpful. Tire was repaired quickly and I was able to get to work on time.
