I was told my transmission oil needed to be changed I checked my receipt from last year and it was changed then. I didn’t check my receipt for the filter s but I will tomorrow. I ask for them to check my tailgate because for the past week it periodically would stop opening when I used it. He told me it was blown out. I cleaned the areas and opened it and closed it 6 times no problem. He quoted me close to 700.00 to replace them. I looked up the price and for a set go for 20.00-50.00 . That is highway robbery!! I will not be trusting your company if this is the type of business you provide to your customers.
Very, very pleased with Kathleen and Hate who tried to get Android phone to connect to Android Auto and also gentleman at front desk to get me a car manual. Kudos to them! Thank you

When I arrived for my appointment, a young man, trainee, first got me started. Then took me over to Kathleen. I explained to her what I wanted beyond why I created the appointment. She listened and gave me some options. She answered all my questions.
