Mercedes was very accommodating.. I came in with my 22 traverse for a possible oil leak and oil change and was told I had to leave my vehicle. Mercedes offered us more a ride home as well as a return ride to the dealership when the service was complete. My wife and I saw a new traverse high country on the lot . Mercedes introduced us to a wonderful salesperson JR , very professional. Coming to my home tomorrow to link my garage door and gate opener to the new vehicle. Came for an oil change drove home in a new Traverse.

Nancy was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so valued as a customer. I am disappointed in Chevrolet in general as the parts were delayed and prevented my vehicle in being serviced in a timely manner. Nancy was awesome but I think I'm done buying Chevy has disappointed me.

Whenever I come to Powers Swain Chevrolet, I always enjoy getting to work with Alec, Darius, and Alan. Over the years, I have had the privilege to work with all three and they always make sure to meet my needs. This visit, I had the pleasure of working with Alec and I couldn't be happier with the service received. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Alec's professionalism and knowledge are apparent. He thoroughly explains all needed repairs and maintenance, provides clear cost estimates upfront, takes time to understand my needs and preferences, guides me towards appropriate recommendations, and keeps me updated on progress via phone. Alec never pressures me into unnecessary services and follows up after service completion. Alec's attention to detail and commitment to excellence make the entire process seamless and stress-free, especially with his specific knowledge of Chevy vehicles. He always demonstrates transparency, reliability, and consistency. His straightforward approach and exceptional customer service skills make me feel valued and at ease. Having worked with Chevy dealerships in Durham and Shelby, Alec is by far the best service advisor I've encountered. After an oil change and tire rotation right front tire pressure sensor became inoperative. I tried to rest myself and it did not work.

My camera is not working properly - it appears to be loose in the grill area - the grill area was replaced due to damage upon delivery. It appears as though the camera was not re-installed properly and is now hanging loose and is not broadcasting a proper picture . My vehicle was at Power Swain all day today (Monday) and when I received my car - noticed when I was backing out of parking lot at store - the camera is not working properly. The camera was fine when I dropped off my car early this am. I am sure this was overlooked when piece was being replaced - and put back together - but it is very frustrating to have to take time off at work- again- to get this corrected!

The oil change and injector should have been covered by warranty. The engine had debris from lifter failure and filter and oil and filter was contaminated. The oil was drained to remove piston, as explained by technician. I am very happy with his work and Bills’ concern for my complete satisfaction. I believe I was billed incorrectly.
