Tommy and his Co workers kept me informed with updates and preformed a professional quality service on my vehicle
What heavily needs to be improved is communication and notifying. I went in expecting to just reprogram one old key fob and I was told it would be $45 then it took longer than expected and I had to buy a new key fob which I was told would be $72 and so I'm like okay cool and it would be ready Wednesday but I never received any notice All throughout Wednesday to the point where I called in and they said that service department was closed so I never received any notice and I wasn't going to. Told them to contact me in the morning and I didn't receive any contact until I had to call them again later on afternoon to then be told It's still being work done and they had to reprogram a whole bunch of stuff in my car I didn't know about. And then that my total would be $409.72. and as a college student paying for my own tuition while getting paid minimum wage working full-time as well That is not something I am ready for and want to hear.

Alec was wonderful. He immediately assessedmy issue and got it resolved. Definitely had the peraonal touch with calling me by name and talking with about my dad. My dad has worked with Alec before.

I will be bringing my vehicle back for the second time tomorrow. I was told that I received a call at 1 45 to let me no my vehicle was ready. no such call ever happened, I had to call at 5 to check on my vehicle.

Power Swain had my vehicle for more than a week. I reported to my agent that my Corvette smelled of gasoline and I suspected a leak. I did receive one phone call from the mechanic to clarify the issue with my car. After 2 days I called to get an update and was to by my agent that the mechanic couldn't determine the cause and was in contact with GM. After two days there was no update, so I decided to pick up my vehicle and have serviced elsewhere. Definitely wasn't satisfied with the service.
I don’t do evaluations nor do I comment to service received unless I find that service unsatisfactory.

I talked to the car warranty company and they said no one from power swain called in for an authorization to replace the key fobs. When he did call they denied my claim so I had to pay for something because Alex didn't get the authorization from my car warranty company. That's why I'm pissed off and out $674 dollars for his mistake.. real class act you run at power swain....
The installation of the liner felt very rushed. It was not centered correctly. When I arrived home, I ended up taking the entire liner out and reinstalling it myself. Overall, I could have saved myself $15 in installation fees and installed it adequately from home.
