Nancy is awesome. Passionate about her job and professional. This is the second time I’ve worked with her. She always remembers me and updates me. Exemplifies customer service.
The quality of work by the mechanics was exceptional. The down side was the service advisor did not communicate throughout the course of a 5 day process to have my maintenance complete. Felt as if I wasn't a valued customer. At the end of a painful experience things were made right to ensure I felt value. This was one negative experiences I have had out of many pleasant experiences. I Hope in the future communication is better and pleasant experiences.
Nancy was amazing. She made me feel like I was the only customer that she had she kept me informed throughout the process. I will do all my services with her from now on.
Actually went 5 days with no communication about my vehicle I finally called, she called me the next day and informed me that’s what the status of my vehicle on my warranty was I feel like I was not properly informed about anything at a timely manner.
The back of my drivers seat was left open and not zipped up. Plastic was hanging out of the seat. I didn’t receive any updates until I texted and asked about the status of my vehicle. I was handed my key and had to walk in the rear of the building to find my Tahoe. I was also informed that they were busy and short handed. I don’t feel like that’s info that should be told to customers. Usually the service tech that I have dealt with in the past walks out to my vehicle and shows me the work done.
We were completely satisfied with Darius Hopkins service to us.
I tried to contact the office for questions about my car and schedule an appointment to use the easy care warranty on the car I just bought, I was told I would be called when they can reschedule and I was not gotten back to, I had to reach out myself. The last time I tried to call I was hung up on and did not get to schedule an appointment to resolve an issue with the car I had just purchased and hardly used nor was I responded to.
Nancy was great, she informed me about everything that was going on. You have a great employee. The work was done fast and completed in the time from that was determined. Of course I didn’t like the price but what can you do. I needed my truck and she got it completed in a few hours.
Nancy and the diesel tech did a great job. I appreciate all their efforts. The CSI will reflect same. Thanks.
Thing’s were done with superior quality and was done on promised time schedule. The car was also cleaned inside and out. Far more than was expected. Superior customer service and a relationship with our company for over twenty years.
Will continue to ask Power Swain for our service and repair.

After having service on my currently owned Chevrolet vehicles (2) and disappointment after disappointment I landed here with Powers Swain Chevrolet. I used the service side the body shop side and general maintenance areas, I have not been anything but impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and nearly perfect customer service, the personalized and genuine interpersonal interaction is wonderful. However you screen and hire your employees please continue...when I decide I need a new Chevrolet truck or SUV (Currently own a 2016 Tahoe also) Powers Swain will be my first stop for the best deal we can negotiate. Excellence, excellence excellence!!!!!
