Returning gas was $ 70.00. Can't figure how that could be, except c the overcharge on gasoline. Nobody replaced thexgas in my car. It was extremely dirty. Could have been hosed down, if you were afraid to car wash. Which do all the time. I worked at a dealership, Cadillac, Saab, buick, Volvo and never returned a car like that. My service Antnio was a fantastic service writer abundantly kept me up to date. Very pleased with him.

Appreciate all the effort and hard work done by Antonio on my behalf. NOT happy a dealership and Volvo corp. response.
When I scheduled maintenance on my Volvo I asked the person I spoke with to include a problem I am having with vocal directions when using iPhone navigation. When I asked Jake if that had been done his response was that he was just told that there was a problem with “car play” which does not resemble anything I said to the scheduler. They checked and found no problem and that was it. Seems to me asking the scheduler or calling me would have been the correct next step.
