Hi ... Alan was fantastic. But the service wasn't so hot. First, I found your extended oil warranty confusing. It's not patently clear that the deal only applies after 60K miles. I made the appointment online, and in the note asked for a call back to confirm the oil warranty deal. No one called. I did the oil service anyway, but halfway (eight miles) home a low coolant alert bleeped on my screen. I had to turn around and bring the car back. Someone said they had to top the coolant. But isn't that part of the oil service and checks? That's what I was told. In the video, the service tech said the coolant looked good. ... So not what I expected to pay, and a further inconvenience as the coolant was overlooked. Elapsed time more than 3 hours. That's poor.
Mike is great. I’ve worked with him for years. He’s a straight shooter and is knowledgeable.
The issue I had with this service is the fact that I had a specific appointment time for a standard service. My car was not available for pickup for 6.5 hours. Now, I was provided a loaner vehicle, which I appreciate. However, not getting my car back until after 6pm on a Friday isn’t really acceptable when you have an appointment for scheduled service. 3-4 hours with a loaner, sure. Not 6.5 hours.
Carmella was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond and really made a difference in my experience. getting your car fixed can be so stressful and such a **** and she really helped make this whole experience so much better. Along with her I want to shout out Blair who serviced my car, he too went above and beyond and performed incredible service. I could not have been more pleased with the people who helped me with this process. <(Ps they should get a raise:)>
Matthew was fine but car was not ready until last minute and it didn't get washed. I could have gone to Chapman which is closer to my home

Waited almost 3 hours but didn't mind. The guest lounge is comfortable, and left me with a peace of mind knowing they thoroughly inspected my x3.
