I felt valued by my Mercedes service team. I certainly don’t feel that way at BMW. I feel like a bother to them. Will try Scottsdale BMW in future hopefully will be treated with more respect, integrity and customer service.

Carmella was very helpful understanding and professional I’m dealing with our car repair. Since it was under warranty she handled the warranty company and got everything covered. The service technicians did great work and actually got the repair done faster than expected since it was a major repair. Thanks to everyone

Logan was excellent. He took the time to explain the service options and did not try to push services that we didn’t need done at the time. I appreciate the complimentary car washes as welll. This experience has been the total opposite of our experience when we bought our vehicle at Camelback BMW where the salesman withheld the carfax from us despite my multiple requests. Will definitely go to Arrowhead BMW in the future.

It’s always a pleasure working with Joe Lazar. He’s an incredible representative of your dealership. The best I’ve worked with in five years of coming to Arrowhead BMW. However, this new policy charging customers 3% use a credit card is ridiculous. I might understand this if I was going to a Hyundai dealer, but not a BMW dealer. This is clearly not a step in the right direction of customer service and satisfaction.

I had an unusual problem with my car that required an extended stay. Jef was excellent in keeping me updated on progress. I was provided a loaner also that was very nice. Problem resolved and I’m totally satisfied.
