The pre buying check was very basic without understanding the specific car issues under check.. with that the buyer can’t understand what is he buying and what are the risks.

Customer service is not great, sales rep was not honest at time of purchase (2nd purchase ) Left a few messages for a sales manger to call regarding our purchase, no return call. Service kept my car overnight without notifying me it would not be ready same day which I was told it would be ready at 430-5pm same day and I would be called. (no call) Next day no call either, so I called in at 11am to check status and Noah said it’s being washed and should be ready in 20 min. Came to pick up an hour later … no wash. Terrible service all the way around.
