It was actually Darryl who assisted me, not Todd. Todd helped me my previous visit and was great. So was Darryl, I enjoyed talking about our Toyota cars. Darryl being a satisfied Toyota owner is priceless for Toyota's already great reputation.

Nelson was great and was very communicative. I was disappointed that when I checked the coolant level before leaving that it was at the low line and not topped up. When I pointed it out, Nelson was responsive in fixing the problem. However it was a disappointing aspect of bringing my vehicle in for a major service for the first time to your shop.

Todd is not that friendly, he seemed annoyed by me when I questioned the evaluation report. The other advisors are more customer centric. Todd, if you don't like the job, find something else, bc this isn't it...I prefer Matthew ham
