I have been a long time customer of Schaller. My driver-side rear tire makes a frightening loud clunking sound on rough roads. I paid $180 diagnostic fee but was unable to recreate the sounds. Unsure if it was put on a lift. I should have disputed paying the fee at the time since I do not have a diagnosis of the issue. I may have to take my vehicle elsewhere. The estimate for the service I agreed to today was $170 over the actual bill and all the work that was quoted was done. I’m obviously not complaining about a much lower bill, but I think the quote should be very close to the actual bill as long as no extra service was necessary. And when my service was completed, I expected a washed vehicle. It was not washed and I informed my service guy who apologized and took it back to be washed.
