Well first off, the technician forgot to reset the oil life with the oil change. This is not the first time that has happened. This should be one f the steps in the process. In addition, as I was there to
Replace a flat tire, I needed the emergency tire repair kit refilled. For
Over $100, one would expect that the refill is actually put into the unit and maybe even put back in the trunk. Nope, it was just in the box on the passenger seat. As much as I love the car and the location of your dealership, the service never seems to impress me. As we just purchased a car from their for my wife, she was very unimpressed with her first oil and filter change experience. She had to bring the car back as the oil plug was not tightened enough and was leaking.
