Employee forgot to give me estimate for the services for the things to be serviced. Overall customer service was excellent as always.
I feel my tank should be filled up or at least match what gas amount was in the tank -seeing driving from mass to CT.
This was the poorest service I encountered in many years.
1. Oil change light was not reset
2. Tire pressure ranged from 30 (front passenger) to 36 fring driver.
3. Interior was dirtier when dropped off. I am meticulous about cleanliness. Driver front was returned with a muddy floor mat.
4. If the car was washed, it was a poor wash. Again, it looked worse than before service.
My experience makes me wonder about the comments about tire rotation and battery. We’re both of these actually checked? Or just said good. My last service indicated I needed the tires rotated and battery issues, now they are fine?
I am disappointed with today’s service and have always been happy with my service.

The paint on the top of my 2016 MDX is peeling, which is a known issue, but is no longer ‘under warranty’, which is ridiculous! We have a 2006 MDX with no paint issues at all. Please let me know how to escalate this to get this fixed.
