Ms. Osborne was an ideal service advisor. She discussed what I wanted addressed. Her knowledge was impressive and reassuring. She herself diagnosed the problems with cabin lighting and alert sounds that baffled us and fixed them by pressing a few buttons, all without sounding like she thought I was a clueless old guy. She predicted accurately how long the brake work would take. And she courteously and kindly helped out an old guy with a walker. Whomever hired her deserves a raise, as does she.

Hello Keshanna was great to work with. She was friendly and responsive. My loaner car was a very strange choice and really different from my actual vehicle but that’s ok. I was disappointed that my car needed front rotors due to excessive wear and confused why brakes weren’t replaced at my last visit / oil change and inspection. This doubled my bill. . I come regularly for my oil changes and it’s seems a brake replacement then would have saved me rotors at this visit. I was disappointed and didn’t really feel cared for as a regular customer and wonder what the Inspections are for at each visit if they don’t prevent such an Occurrence

Fast service and professional staff…
I am a long time Acura customer and a 25+ year customer of Schaller. I wanted to write this note about my recent service experience. Unfortunately the wrong model tires were installed on my car. Joe has been GREAT throughout and I have an appointment tomorrow to switch the tires to what I originally ordered. Simply, mistakes happen. I totally understand. I remain a loyal Acura/Schaller customer as the response to this mistake has been great. But I simply couldn’t say “everything was great” in response to this survey. I hope this note explains.
