I originally expressed concern with my 14k mile MDX having a low speed front brake squeal, and irregular wear on the left front rotor. This was not noted, nor addressed or repaired. I also received a voicemail about a "B1" service (? I think that was what it was), before I even had a chance to call back about this the vehicle was done and ready for pickup - and I do not believe anything to do with that service was performed. It appears only an oil change was done - im not even sure to tell you the truth. Not much communication on this visit, a bit disappointing on that end. There was a problem with the multipoint inspection. I didn’t feel satisfied because I noticed that I had a tail light that was out. It was never brought to my attention. I had to bring it to Service attention the technician I don’t feel good. The best job as far as the multi point inspection Which leaves doubt in my mind as well as any other customer how well was my multiple inspection done and how accurate is it which this is not the usual kind of service I’m used to with Acura. Normally there’s a problem with my car. It is brought to my attention. Immediately my car is not pulled out the day Until I am notified to find out if it’s something that I want to get fixed right away if it was pointed out before I had to point it out in my car was blown around and was ready to go. I would’ve made the time and asked to be done. Normally those things are brought to me and how much it would cost and how long

Brian was so pleasant to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me updated and his estimate was right on point. I appreciated he also printed and went through the multi-point inspection, so I know what to expect as far as my upcoming car maintenance needs. I have been to two other Acura dealers in the area, and I will be returning to Schaller Acura for the foreseeable future. Great service! Thank you all!

My axle is broken. The GM states it needed to be broken in order for them to repair it. In 2 days now, the sounds has worsened and I don’t agree that it is my responsibility to pay for the repair. I purchase this car 30 days ago from this dealership and being denied for a malfunction is unacceptable he
