I brought my vehicle in for a software update and oil service. Brian informed me that it was due for a 30,000 mile regular maintenance. And, he had a loaner vehicle for me! So, alll service was taken care of that day, and I had my car back by mid-afternoon. I have always had an outstanding service experience at Schaller. Brian and his colleagues are great!

I already spoke to Beverly. We paid ahead for express checkout and waited a half an hour for the car to be washed as we were instructed. When I arrived I was instructed to wait for Beverly who was on the computer and telephone. I waited for her to finish and then waited for her to assist the woman in front of me. When it was my turn she handed me the receipt and keys. My car was not washed and had five bird feces on it which weren’t there when I left it. I was very disappointed in the service I received.

She is friendly, personable, and an excellent communicator of issues, implications, estimates, etc. She is another outstanding service manager as are Joe and Brian. Her upbeat attitude and empathy help swallow bad news and an expensive bill.
