Second attempt at coding my new seperate second key purchased 3/9/24 and yet again on 1/18/25 the Honda systems were down so could not connect the new key to the car and code it. Waiting for a call from Schaller Acura in Manchester CT maintenance to reschedule. Took 2 hours to complete my oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Asked why it was taking so long the last 1/2 hour and told they were washing and vacuuming my car. When it was done, got in my car out front and found no vacuuming occurred and outside unwashed. Feel like I’m getting the run around.

I came in for an oil change. I was told I needed rear brakes and the service will take an hour. 3 hours later I go to the front and request to get my car because I was not expecting to be there for 3 hours after being told the service would be an hour. The employee was in the process of preparing to give me a loaner vehicle. I did not want a loaner however instead of telling me that a tool was stuck on my car the moment it happened they waited until I complained about being there for 3 hours. I was unable to leave with my vehicle. This caused so many inconveniences. I was supposed to be at the hospital to support my sister who had a bilateral mastectomy due to cancer. I was unable to do that I was at the dealership from 830am- 1:20pm. I left the dealership and had to go the hospital because her 8 hour surgery was about done. I was unable to bring the loaner back that same day. Instead the next day I had leave my sister’s bed side and drop the loaner off. I laughed when the employee “generously“ took $50 dollars off my $900 bill.
