I specifically told the person who checked me in to skip checking the cabin air filter. My final report showed a picture of it saying it needed replaced. It looked a lot like the same exact picture as the last time I had my oil changed. And I did not give permission to go in my glove box

After taking my truck to a mechanic to find a vibration he didn't but replaced stuff to the tune of 900.00 then took it to Damian and had to pay 740.00 to replace what the first guy did at the first place I took it. Today I took my truck back to Damian for the same vibration that was never fixed. They charged me 179.00 to tell me they couldn't find anything but they can dig into it deeper if I pay 255.00 for labor.Thats a lot of money for a disabled guy. I make 1/4 the money I use to make but I know that's not your problem. I'm bringing my truck back and pay the money as soon as I can save up enough. Thanks for letting me vent. Tim W
