Tommy kept me updated on the progress of my 23 Tundra. Kept me informed about the tires needing to be replaced and said they were tackling the air noise on the drivers window. They were putting felt behind the window seal. When it was completed I took it for a drive and found that the felt behind the window seal had gotten worse. I went back and told Tommy about it he went and talked to Axel about ordering a new replacement window seal and Axel said to get it ordered so, when I come back in for tires they can replace the window seal too, Excellent customer service as always.
