It’s a bit inconvenient to come to buckhannon to have my 4Runner serviced since it’s a 4 hour round trip but I so much appreciate the service I get at your dealership it’s makes the trip worthwhile. After I left my tire light came on. I call and told them. Told me to bring it back and they would check it out. So I did. They put a machine. On it. Told me it was a century tire battery. And it would cost me 309.00 to 400.00 dollars. My tire light was not on and had not been on. When I went in. I believe and was told by 2other places that sometimes the mechanic breaks the sensor off when putting on new tires. I called them back and they got hateful with me. Kristen or Josh. Did not seem to be to interested in helping me. Telling me it could have been that way when I came. And it was not!! And a sales person name Gary came up to me on the parking lot telling me I need to leave it was private property. I was telling my friend that was there. John what was gone on. And this Gary guy got mad at for telling him. He was bullying me. I have been a customer there for 20+ years. And to be treated the way I was today. Was unacceptable.. at 65 years old I sure don’t need this kind of treatment. I will not be doing business with Buckhannon anymore. And I will he spreading the word of the way I was fine. And the way I was bringing bullies by a big guy like this Gary. That don’t even work in service. He works in sales. If I can not stand out side and talk to people I know. No help . If they would have inspected my rav they would have found that broken. I do believe your mechanic broke it off putting on my new tires!! What a shame you gave people like that working there!! Shame on you!!!
Alicia was always there to answer are questions and was always updating us on how things was going with the truck. She was very helpful. She is an asset to Buckhannon Toyato. If we ever need assistance with anything with the truck you can bet we will ask for Alicia. We will also recommend her to anyone else who asks us who we talked with. Thank you Alicia Harvey
Everyone was very nice, and my car was done quickly! Excellent service, I especially appreciated that they brought another issue to my attention that I was unaware of so that could get fixed too.
