The Vehicle belongs to my Husband, not me. When he tried to fix the problem, was told by Service Advisor he could not do anything. Plus my Husband had to return a second time as the work had to be be finished that was not completed on initial visit.
Last week I got new tires put on my car, not only did they order the wrong size tires but the mechanic put them on and supposedly took a test drive. I left and start hearing rubbing noise when turning sharply and hitting bumps with the rear tires. I checked and saw you put235/55r18 on instead of the 235/45r18. I called and they apologized and made appointment for today to get tires replaced, so I did not drive my car for 5 days because of this mistake. I arrived today to get my tires replaced and all that was said was you were the one with wrong tires and I asked about checking the alignment again and I was told it should be ok but I will ask him to check. I am concerned about the damage that may have been caused to my vehicle by wrong size tires. There was no assurance that if anything happens it would be covered and also as I was waiting the guy checking people in and out was talking with a woman who was upset that she had an appointment and her car had been sitting outside for 45 minutes with nothing done to it, he asked the girl working to print Filburn receipt and get him out of here. I just expected a little more courtesy overall since you guys screwed up and I had to come in twice not to mention drive from Morgantown twice for what should be an easy job of 4 new tires. There was no apology or nothing said about my inconvenience. Thank you, Eric
