I visited your shop twice in last few years and both times, I was hundred percent satisfied by your customer service. You guys are really the best. If it were not the distance, I would be coming to you more often, but I have another Toyota shop much closer to my home and I have a very busy routine. But you provide definitely an excellent Customer service by all aspects.

We stopped in to make appt via ‘Mike.’ Besides the main reason of an oil change needed before our extended upcoming trip, we noted 3 things we wanted addressed: tailgate was not going completely up intermittently; rear side windows were not responding to defrost setting; a ‘boom’ ‘boom’ sound that happened Dec. 31 when we were on Rte 20 in town. It did not happen again after that one instant. My husband requested that mechanics be asked if any other customers had commented on this type of noise. No one got back to him at the end of service. As to the rear side windows’ issue of not defrosting, that was not on the work order for the mechanics to check. So it was not relayed to the mechanics. The tailgate issue was a matter of ‘resetting’ something.

The man who checked me in (Christian Ferro) was polite and helpful. My car took a little longer than expected due to issues found. He asked me if I needed anything and explained my car issues with me. The other staff were all pleasant and friendly as well. Thank you to the mechanics!

Excellent service. I appreciate Christian noticing my inspection sticker was expiring and having the inspection occur at the same visit. I also appreciate Noah Nucilli’s (he sold me the car) assistance in setting up phone service in my car and giving me a refresher course with computer system. I really like this dealership even though I live approximately one hour away.
