I was 100% satisfied with the oil change and tire rotation, it was quick and fast! The car was sucked, my truck was extremely dirty though, way dirtier then a normal person’s truck, I wish they would have Ran it through until it was clean underneath

Toyota Buckhannon Auto Mall employees are very helpful and go beyond what is expected to make sure that customers are treated well. They even had someone come to my car to offer help into the store on a very icy morning so that I wouldn’t fall. It really was ok because they had cleaned off the snow and ice and salted the parking lot but it was a wet snow and very cold morning. They do keep you informed about each step of the service time. It’s a pleasure to come here.

Almost 2 hours at dealership for a 10k service did not know about recalls was not kept informed about what was going on. When I asked about my truck guy delivered smart answer.
Was not aware that my truck was taken from the dealership to a different location.
When I got my truck back passenger seat was laid all the way down. Steering has been adjusted don’t understand any of that or why it needed to be like that or returned to a customer that way moving my steer wheel up or down was not important to service it.
