I understood no one was going to be able to put the tire on for me since I couldn’t make it there by 3 but I was told they could put it back in the car for me. it was a bit disappointing that when I got there I was told there was no one there in the service department that could put the tire in the car and that I’d was expected to do it myself. If I was told that I would have brought someone with me to do that. Maybe next time just give customers a heads up. Luckily a very nice sale man offered to put it in my car for me and I appreciated that very much.
No **** good people should not fix anything but then charge me $3800 for nothing I am not pick up my van because those guys not fix no good

I love my new to me used equinox, and the service from the salesman Pedro was awesome. He was knowledgeable friendly and not a slimy car salesman.

Lannan Chevy service personnel has always been fantastic they make you feel like family.
Car was ready several hours later than promised giving me a 1 hour window to get there to pay for it or I'd have no car for the rest of the night or morning. Scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance and extremely dissatisfied that my car couldn't be ready when promised and I had to call the dealership to find out about it.
Quoted a price over $1800 which was definitely ridiculous. I'm glad it was way less , but concerning that the service rep was so far off. I elected not to take care of the differentials because that total price quoted was $2400 with 90K service.
I had a 10% loyalty coupon that the service rep told me to bring in when paying except that the very kind cashier did not know how to process it. Luckily she was able to track someone down who could correct the situation, although I had to wait a bit.
All in all, this is my second unpleasant service experience in the past 12 months at Lannan and my husband and I will no longer be using this dealer for service.
Marc is a credit to your dealership. He is always very professional and knowledgeable.
